What do we need to get started?
A compatible RFID reader, registered employee cards, power and a Wi-Fi connection. We'll review your location and team size during the demonstration.
Is Tapline a payroll system?
Tapline records attendance and exports completed same-day sessions. It does not calculate wages, tax, overtime or payroll. Review exceptions before using exported hours in your payroll process.
Does it support overnight shifts?
This version supports daytime schedules and pairs taps within each local calendar day. Overnight shifts need a different workflow; discuss that requirement with us before ordering.
What happens if the connection drops?
After a successful startup, attendance events are queued on the reader for retry. Storage is bounded, and startup needs a network connection. Telegram delivery is separate. We'll explain the operating limits for your installation.
Can other businesses see our records?
Each business has a separate installation. The current workspace is private to its owner; discuss additional manager access during setup.
